Join Meet Market Adventures and other single outdoor enthusiasts, for a fun-filled day of hiking around Canopus Lake. We follow the Appalachian Trail for 5 miles as it winds through the forest in this beautiful state park. The path is rocky, but not too steep. We will clamber up an outcrop to our lunch spot: a high point with a splendid vista overlooking all of Canopus Lake. We'll see gliding birds of prey and birches swaying on the peak. We will stop for lunch at the pristine lake shore.
